okay, I am magician. (albiet, one that is still learning, but what good magician ISN'T still learning?)
I love this shot for two reasons:
one, the subtle use of texture to insinuate something else is going on behind the hand. Particularly around the thumb, (which is the easiest place to conceal a coin btw.)
two, the grainy look of it, creating an atmosphere of doubt. as an audience member, it feels as though I'm in a fog, and that is exactly where I as a magician want them to be.
Definitely a Fav. Great Shot!
